I don't know how, but seems like i have fixed it. After many days of trying, 5 minutes ago i managed to change difficulty. But before doing that, i changed some others things in the settings like audio and the video. But i think it's still a bug, because i fixed it doing random things that had nothing to do with the realm settings and i don't know if it will appear again or not.

In addition, there are 2 identical screenshots. And they are not the same. The first one is before the editing, the second one (3° screenshot) is where i show the settings that returned on peaceful.

As you can see in these screenshots, whenever i change the difficulty or the name and exit the settings, the things that i just edited return to the previous mode. 

Also i try to change the settings by clicking on the icon of the pen near the realm, then clicking the right world (there are a total of 3 world per realm, 2 empty and a mush-up world, like the ones you can purchase in the marketplace). After selecting the right world, i click on "edit world" (i don't know the exact translation, because i play the italian version of the game which says "modifica mondo". And finally, i change whatever i want.
