So I think since 1.13 XBox Live accounts which ban online multiplayer cannot use LAN.

Enabling Online Multiplayer in the accounts is not an acceptable solution to protect children. I am happy for them to play on LAN as the access is controlled, however not happy with them playing online. This needs fixing....

Additional information - if not logged into Xbox live then LAN play works - lan appears in the Friends tabs.

The xbox live accounts my children use are heavily restricted with all options set to deny. This worked fine on previous versions is 1.13 using these account permissions differently?
