Step one: Create two Nether Portals and light them both. Go through the first portal and spawn at least one dozen or half of a dozen of Wither Skeletons down.
Step 2: Go on top of the Nether Portal and go into survival mode. They should go through. Once they are in the overworld, move to step 3.
Step 3: Stand on top of the second nether portal you made and go into survival mode again. Some should go through, and some shouldn’t.
Observed results: Most Wither Skeletons do not go through. Conclusion: Mobs that have gone through a Nether Portal before cannot teleport upon entering a Nether Portal again.
Expected results: I expected this to work. Upon recreating the bug, it appears to be the same. Mobs that have gone through a Nether Portal cannot teleport through another Nether Portal after.
