Here are some technical details about my creative world. I play on Nintendo Switch and I encountered the bug on both my offline world and on that same world, but uploaded in Realms. In my offline version, the experimental features are on (but only "Creation of Custom Biomes" and "Additional Modding Capabilities").
Many thanks to Ryan Scott! As soon as I saw his comment, I made some tests and I can confirm that our issue is surely the same one. It turns out that the delay in ticks is also the cause of the issue in my own world. However, for me, the bug threshold was a delay of 30 ticks.
