@Shadow Draws, I don't have another device I can get it on, i got a code for windows and redeemed it so even if i had another device those codes are one time use.

I have the same issue and I've had it for over a week now. I've tried offloading my old app data and doing restarts too. all my friends are doing raids and stuff without me and I can't join them on their realms or login to my account.
