I had the same experience,it happens if you try to load up any superflat world,mostlikely because of the water block being removed,and the water level being unset in all presets,to my knowledge.

wait... problem solved,i had to remove the resource packs from the .minecraft folder

added the log,it won't give me the crash report,clicking the "view crash report" thing doesn't work at all,i click it and it does nothing.
