In default world I was able to place all 3 of them. Only flat worlds didn't work.
However right clicking on the block even with a bare hand the hay bale appears.
I think it only affects village types that have hay bales on them.
After restarting the game the ghost blocks are replaced with hay bales.
Should I create a new issue covering the black block? And a seperate one about the structure error?
The preset you sent me works, but I think Mojang needs to alter the default superflat setting.
