And, according you descriptions it's like the integrated graphic driver that should be blamed, as drivers before 2021 don't have such problem. And Mojang almost never make patches for end-of-dev versions (1.7.10 was released 8 years ago!) so you actually should shout at Intel but not Mojang.
Same. I open the launcher on my Surface Pro (which has a 2736×1824 resolution and a scale of 200%) and find it "blur". The picture shows a comparison with Chrome's UI (which scales properly). ! Screenshot 2021-02-23 162645.png|thumbnail!
