I have encountered a similar bug with other blocks: -Crafting Table -Grass Block -Leaf Blocks The blocks aren't connected to water in any way. The appear immune to the blast of both, TNT and Creeper Explosions.However it is a rare bug and very hard to reproduce. I have video evidence of this if it is required.
