Hi Kaleb thankyou for getting back, no i have no other minecraft related apps on the device, steps i have taken to confirm bug.
Step 1.
Uninstalled Minecraft PE,
Deleted all associated game files.
Rebooted device
Re installed Minecraft PE from Google play store.
Rebooted device again to remove any cached memory.
Started new game in survival mode, played game untill i had made a bucket and tried to milk cow.
Same problem exists.

So i also have a samsung galaxy note 10.1 tablet, so i installed Minecraft on this device create a fresh new servival world, played game untill i had a bucket and tried to milk cow, again same problem exists.
Hope this helps, i do also have a samsung galaxy note edge phone that i have minecraft installed on, i havent played it on that as yet, but will let you know if there is a difference.

Affected version should be 15.Alph Releams, i did select it in the list but since have noticed when you select it from the list it puts 0.14.2 for some reason, then if you sele t it again it shows in the list properly you then just need to remove previous version.
