I had that problem a couple of days ago but I fixed it and I don't know what it is, must be some corruption in the worlds when switching to a new update.
Try doing this: 1. Go on Options. 2. Click on Video settings. 3. Make sure the 'use VBOs switch is turned on. 4. And also the 'use VSync switch must be turned on.
