Yes. It is very very annoying on my iMac. Doesn't have the bug on my Windows Computer though.
I could just make the chat smaller but that makes it distorted. It's a really big annoyance for me.
It is still a problem for me in Minecraft 1.6.2.
And i did it like 10 times
But i just spawned the cows in creative and in a flat building.
Turing the QUI down makes it harder to see what's in your hotbar and makes it harder to loot chests quickly on PvP servers.
