Hi! I had this same error, but managed to fix it! First, make sure you have the Xbox app, and maybe Xbox game bar. It won't work without those. Then, launch the xbox app, and make sure you have everything required. To check, go to settings > General, and if you see this: 

[media]

you have everything. If not, install everything it says. Hope this helps, QuadRadical.

This is probably intended, as powered snow slows down walk speed.

I was able to reproduce this only while in survival mode on singleplayer and multiplayer.

Lag normally occurs when you have a slow internet connection, please don't post reports that don't include any useful information.
