Not that I'm aware of. I am the only user on my account, and I no longer own an Xbox platform. My account would be Silver tier. I did download additional content for the Xbox One when I had it, but, if I'm not mistaken, wouldn't immediately be available I would think due to the licensing agreements, etc.

I am having the same problem. I have a Note 8. It keeps saying "Global Resources Reset", then crashes as soon as it logs in to XBOX Live.
