@[Mod] violine1101 The name is AMD Radeon R7 Graphics, the chip type is an AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x9874), and the driver is WDDM 2.0 and the version is 16.101.1311.1001. Sorry if some of that information was unnecessary.
https://bugs.mojang.com/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/MCPE-18875 I also reported this bug, I noticed that I deleted the resource_packs folder, tht didn't fix it, then I deleted world templates folder, and that didn't fix it, then I deleted all of the worlds, AND THAT DIDN'T FIX IT. I hope they release 1.0 beta 4 as soon as possible for crash fixes.
Deleting resource_packs folder and world templete folder doesn't fix it.
It must be the controller itself. Try using an xbox one controller.
I hope it gets fixed in 0.15.90.3 (aka 0.16.0 beta build 4) with the wither and beacons coming.

I have a solution, delete the whole com.mojang folder, uninstall mcpe and reinstall it, that should work. With me it worked by deleting the resource_packs folder only.
If it crashes, then upgrade to windows 10
I found the solution the fix it: I had to download it from minecraft.net to make it not lag so hard
This bug may still happen on PE
It got fixed for me in build 3. Seems that tommo has moved the bug to other devices

So when I get my new Windows 7 Ultimate PC Im hoping there should be no lag at all
it lags the most on my mums and less lag on mine
