MCPE-141075 Adjusting mob targeting in json causes some mobs to not pathfind Incomplete

For anyone still having issues with this bug, here are some steps to uploading packs that works reliably for me:
Note that this method only works on devices where you have access to the com.mojang folder.
1. Download the realm world (the realms backup screen is reliable for this).
2. Exit Minecraft.
3. Go into your com.mojang/minecraftWorlds folder, sort by 'Date Modified' and open the topmost folder. Double-check the levelname.txt file to make sure it's the right world.
4. Delete the 'behavior_packs' folder, 'world_behavior_pack_history.json', and 'world_behavior_packs.json' from the file, and repeat for resource packs, if needed.
5. Re-open Minecraft, and go into the edit world screen of the world you just changed. DO NOT join the world.
6. Add the packs you want to use. Make sure you updated whatever in the packs before this step!
7. Join the world, make sure everything works as intended.
8. Upload the world with the packs to the realm via the world's edit screen.

I am also experiencing this bug in 1.18.2.

I have tried everything regarding my packs- I have generated new manifests, changed the UUIDs, switched the min_engine_version, and made “new” packs entirely. None of these worked.
