So I did the following and I was able to play the game for about 10 min
Un-installed minecraft, deleted the associated folders from Appdata and un-installed java.
Re-started my PC, ran CCleaner and got removed the old reg files.
Restarted the pc.
Installed new Java
Restarted the PC
Downloaded minecraft and played it for about 10 min......and as soon as Iite a touch BOOM black screen and render problem!!!
