Solved! What I did is as below:

Delete the game from Nintendo Switch.

Click the Nintendo Switch System Setting --> Data Management --> Clear all data about Minecraft from Quick Archive and Manage Software. 

Download your Minecraft again, then you can log in with your Microsoft ID. 

I have this problem too!!! Today is the third day already
