This happened to me last night in my realm. I never shot it with any projectiles as I was going to just use my sword. I left the end to get arrows and came back, and when I entered the end, I got kicked and I couldn't join my realm again. I assume it crashed. About 5 minutes later my realm worked again, but now the dragon was back to full health. I ran out of arrows as I didn't think i'd need more than a stack (i have terrible aim). But then it got stuck in a loop again. I didn't want to risk another crash so I just spawned another stack of arrows so I could just get past this bug. If a mojang/microsoft employee looks at this my Minecraft username is HumanGamer and it was on my realm. (incase they see logs of realms)
