Had that problem as well when trying to copy the realm. Also had it the same way you did with the backups, however, when i loaded a backup (5m ago) that said zero and it reset my realm I immediately looked in the backup tab in game and saw that another backup from (1m ago) had 312 mb instead of zero and when i loaded that to try to fix the reset, it worked.
