This seems to be a duplicate of MC-63333 that was reported on July 23 and supposedly resolved by Ryan Holtz on the 24th. (Compared to the 25th and 30th.) This should be marked as such.

The problem seems to be fixed in the "c" version of the snapshot. The comment and status change by nice Mr. Ryan Holtz seems to indicate Mojang knows this is a potential issue, and that's all that matters 🙂.
