Wow just ran into this now after finally figuring out what was causing the issue. Search engines really failed me and gave me a bunch of spam "update your drivers" pages when searching up the error code etc.
Note: opening them after launching also triggers the crash.
Note 2: its inconsistance, it will open on rare occasions I can open up rivatuner to limit my framerate
