I am actually having this issue right now, using the latest version and realms. My fortress is basically dead, except for blaze spawners and pig men. Regular nether stuff spawns, like cubes and ghasts as well, but nothing fortress specific. No skeletons or blaze outside of spawner.

Yea, sorry I just made a duplicate about this. It must be fixed! Or make realms free... either one 😉 This is game breaking stuff.
