Howdy, I've played on several server realms before this and I wanted to acknowledge how peculiar this server is running.
None of the other servers I've been on have ever had this problem, but this one does. Rather than respond and explain to us, your customers, we've been kept in the dark as to why our product may be malfunctioning...
Is it because the server realm we got is being hosted in Sweden; thousands of miles away from us in America? Is it because our diversity of players all spread from across the country to several of those in Europe? Or is because we were given a faulty server? Or worst: something that Microsoft/Mojang have refused to comment on? I can't speak for anyone else here, but personally, I'd appreciate the honest answer, even if the it's not an answer I'd like to hear.
I don't know what the cause of the problem may be and it's starting to become frustrating, but any feedback that you'd like to share with us would be happily received.
