MC-38963 Every time i load up the launcher, even when i'm connected to internet it says "Play Offline" and when i click a world to select, it crashes back to launcher. Duplicate

I've looked at other places and haven't found anything helpful.
I apologize if I mislead you, but I don't need actual help. I just need to know how to fix this.

I have also deleted and re-downloaded it twice.
