This isn't the only texture pack effected, but I'll attach it.
I've seen this happen to me 2 times the past week, so yes, something is wrong.
It is a glitch with servers, since on your server the ores will take longer to load therefore they look like stone.
That's not the same thing Kumasasa.

They both may look the same but click on both of them, you will see the difference on the sword.
The first pic (2015-07-01_14.41.11.png) is in 1.8.7 and the second pic (2015 07-01_14.57.33.png) is in 1.7.10
And this is a screen resolution bug, but I tried it in 1.7.10 with the same screen resolution and it was fixed, but I need to play on 1.8 because it is better for my computer and most servers are 1.8+
This is also not because of the texture pack I am using.
