Doesn't work for me either, it's literally unplayable now in VR. And I spent hundreds of hours in Minecraft in VR before this issue. Win10 Oculus Rift S.

I had exactly the same issue, exactly as described by the original Reporter. 

I should mention that I dug a hole under the main portal in The End too (to get the dragon egg) – maybe this hole breaks something in the game.

And I have the same issue with the duplicating portals on the outer islands (I got there building a huge long bridge from the main island, that was the only way for me because I didn't have an elytra).

I still play that map with my son sometimes, so I can provide any useful information if needed.

I have the same issue. End gateway started to teleport me under the end portal on the main end island.

Windows 10, Bedrock 1.13.

After I defeated the ender dragon, the end gateway appeared. I could throw an ender pearl in it, and this always teleported me to an outer end island. I was able to go back via the same gateway, so everything worked fine until I did the following:

1. On the outer end islands I travelled quite far from the end gateway (I was looking for the end city), and I found another end gateway floating in the air. It was never used before.

2. I decided to try it and threw an ender pearl in it.

3. I was teleported back to the main island right onto the obsidian platform.

4. On the main island I tried to use the gateway again and I was teleported under the main end portal. I did this several times with the same result.

Looks like I lost access to the outer islands. The only end gateway that I have on the main island teleports me under the end portal (I do not suffocate because I have a big hole under it, I dig it when I was looking for the ender egg).

I can provide all files related to the world I play (I run my own bedrock server) if needed.
