Thank You Cory Russo! Your comment maybe saved me hours of trying useless workaround I found in the net. I had the error code 0x803f8001 from the windows store, useing windows 10 fully updated.
Useing the old loader works. You'll get an advice to use the new one, which unfortunately doesn't work, but the old one does.
