Update Again: Just worked my way to your coordinates you gave in the screenshot; counted 18 medium-large bodies of water and two massive oceans (spanning at least 1,000 blocks across) all while in 3rd person, scouring throughout the travel; still zero squids, dolphins, fish.

Then what can i Possibly do to fix the issue? Retried, restarted, everything.
