the post you linked is not relevant to my current issue/ findings and is a color based texture issue, mine is an issue with the texture itself

please look at the images closely, one image is the official minecraft twitter accounts post, the second is an ingame screenshot.

the copper bars texture is the same as the iron bar texture in my screenshot.

in the official minecraft screenshot the texture is shown to be diffrent. the copper bars are similiar but they have a more even and uniform texture.
the three pixel wide holes in the bars are smaller and line up in the offical image.

in game they 3 wide pixel holes are not lined up with eachother just like iron.
