I'd like to point out a quick fix one way to work around the not being able to push enter use the combo of controller and keyboard you can use the controller to move around and the keyboard to type

This is from my duplicate of this issue with some added stuff basically

I have two issues related to using keyboard&mouse on xbox one all relating to chat and/or command block interfaces

When using T or Enter on a keyboard it brings up the keyboard interface on xbox one which does not allow the enter key to be used to send what ever I typed till I push B on my controller to close the xbox one keyboard interface.

Chat interface and command block interface does not allow arrow keys or mouse clicking to move back or forward in a command

I.E. trying to fix a screw up like "hello wold" requires backspacing till that point to fix it

Both problems were done/can be redone with a mouse and keyboard (keyboard is wired mouse is wireless if that makes any difference) and a xbox one controller

Quick fixes I've found for myself is using my controller to open the chat interface first then type because it doesn't bring up the xbox one keyboard first (doesn't seem to work on command block interface)

second one is obviously don't screw up you're command in the first place but this statement is more of a joke though

Alrighty then, The server owner just got back online so I'll let him know.

I apilogise if this wasn't the right place to ask this types of questions, I had nowhere else to turn to, but thanks for all you help!

Where would I find that at, and what do I do once I've found it?

I don't believe so

But I did read that the enderdragon (if spawned with commands) Is supposed to complete regenrate the Enderdragon when killed, Is there something I'm doing wrong in the summoning that It won't regenerate the portal

I stated the situations wrong.

Basically admins on a server I play on have regenrated the end with //regen

Unfortunatly, they accidently broken the End Portal in the process and now it is unable to summon the Ender Dragon.

The administrators have no idea on how to resolve the problem and the owner hasn't been online, is their anything they could do to try and fix the portal
