The issue has been marked as resolved but I am still experiencing the same problem.

It does not match that issue. My screen recording does not work so I cannot attach a video at this time, what happens is when I enter a block that isn't the one directly in front of me my character glitches and shakes rather than smoothly transitioning between the blocks.
