Having kind of similar issue on Amazon kindle fire, I load up but on infinite spinning nether screen, have waited for ages, uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works and no one helping me through issue or discord! Please help me mojang! I can not play!
Yeah I'm still having problems, it will probably fix when there's and update that I need to manually accept from Amazon library thing but that will be a while.

Having kind of similar problem on pocket edition, getting stuck on the rotating nether screen with no menu nothing loading up, been like this since 2 days ago! (Fire OS)
Having similar problem but getting stuck in the nether screen just permanently rotating! Have tried everything and it still stuck since 2 days ago!
Have just uninstalled and reinstalled again still no change stuck on same screen.
Problem I was having was with a resource pack I previously downloaded before update that wasn't supported, deleted it from game rules and everything is fine now!
