It happen twice in realms. Didn't get it in the first time but never in local worlds. I have yet to be proven. But after that it stopped.

Idk... It has only happened twice before. Maybe... It might be a thing when loading appearance and only took the appearance from when loading in instead of the current one... I don't think so.
