When using a Large Chest I put items in the bottom three rows and when i save and exit the world the items in the bottom three rows of the large chest disappear, and it happens with all of the Large chests in my world and only with large chests.

Added entities from addons are invisible without potion effects

The mobs will spawn but are invisible to players but mobs that add-ons add that are like villagers can be seen or rather sensed by mobs such as zombies so I know they are able to be spawned but cannot be seen by players. One add-on I'm using is called guard villagers add-on that adds villagers that can attack hostile mobs such as zombies and skeletons and I also know that experimental gameplay is turned on so that can't be the problem.
