Can you tell me how to make sure this issue gets seen?

Experiencing the same issue on two separate occasions today only. All named villager’s, named animals, Armor Stands, picture frames and even a few shulker box’s have despawned. It’s not to to mob limit as the despawned entities are not within the same render distance. Also I’m currently on the most up to date update playing on an Xbox1S
