this is not a work around.

why is it that in java villagers will only claim bed and blocks that they can actually reach, but this so called work around.... so villagers are broken in bedrock then.

also, villagers are detecting bed and blocks withing 16 chunks or something, not 16 blocks

This is absolutely a thing, and i just figured that bedrock was broken (have only played java)

Fix this.

the so-called duplicate is not a duplicate and the so-called work around is irrellevant. I have villagers claiming beds and job blocks up to 28 blocks down and 44 blocks away. minimum 28 blocks down 10 blocks away

if you want to reproduce this build a village with walls, then build another village with walls 16 blocks away. it's all buggered up
