I wont uninstall all my Settings and mods try it by yourself in minecraft vanilla if you want to solfe this

yes but if yoou eat a chorusfruit while teleporting you end up at the same coordinates where you came from
if you start in the overworld by 800 800 you schoulb be in the nether by 100 100 but the fruit teleports you in the nether near to 800 800
theres your file
It isnt a failure og mine or a Crash ist just a trick/bug which is able to shut Servers down or you can travel unlimited blocks far away
it works in every Version (vanilla) where chorusfruits are avaible
