I can confirm this bug. It happened when me and my friend cured a few zombie villagers (we were not near any natural generated village, so we cured these ones that spawn at night) and built houses for them. A bit later, we stopped playing and we hit Save & quit. When we came back, the houses villagers lived in were empty.
