Can confirm this happened to me also

Steps to reproduce:

• Survival mode

• Enter nether

• Return to overworld

Additionally, the chest was invisible until I opened it, as well as my bed

I also pulled a chicken through the portal. Not sure if that affects things but thought I'd mention it
