MC-253365 Saving Minecraft Java Games takes 5+ minutes Awaiting Response

I can confirm this on Windows - 1.13, I to have saved files on Dropbox. 1.12.2 still works fine.

This is only log i can present.

I'm getting the exactly the same issue.
I have tried the follow:

  • Fresh install of Minecraft.

  • Removed old Save files.

It doesn't seem to create a crash file.
