Same issue here. I have to go through the dialogue every time I open the app, and it doesn't even matter because I have to go into settings to turn it off even if I tell it to turn it off in the popup dialogue.
Side note, I also have to reset my skin every time. It essentially logs me out of my XBox account every time I guess? Or something like that.
My accessibility settings on my phone are for sure not set to screen reader regardless; it should not be automatically turning on based on the dialogue.
