I have the exact same problem which is shocking because this was posted in like April, it's August now, and no one has found a solution to this yet. I have no problems with port forwarding, and I had the same problem on a VPS. You're the only one that seems to be having this problem with me when I look it up online. Has anyone figured this out yet at all? I not only have this issue with the Bedrock Dedicated Software, but with third party server software like Nukkit, and PocketMine as well. This is so confusing.
