Would be great if there was a server setting for semi private servers of just your buddies to say dogs cant attack humans at all.

aggression=false in the properties file or something haha.

Thanks for the quick replies. Is there some way of designating her as a friendly so they wont attack her no matter what?

Are the wolves attacking my traveling companion expected behavior ?

This is still happening in 1.6.1.

Not sure if the horse hurt the dog or the horse somehow hurt me, but on the vanilla 1.6.1 server, my wife was on a horse, as was I. Then my wolves attacked her horse but of course she was on it and took all the damage. She died.

So definitely not fixed.
