Version 1.9.2 – Meat drops from chickens killed by lava are VERY RARE. On an auto chicken farm, I'm seeing about 100 feathers with only 23 cooked chicken. Not sure what is causing it. If I sit and watch the farm, I can see an adult chicken hit the lava without dropping any meat. Restarted the server. Still a problem. Will have to check if it's the same problem on a single-player world.
I have the same issue with two mob spawners that were working prior to updating to 1.9-Release2. You can see the spawner light up with fire like it's about to spawn zombies, but it never does.
