This is not a duplicate of MC-242 but it is close to MC-4098 except you do not need to "sneak" to make it happen. Please read more carefully before closing out tickets and I will attempt to search a bit deeper before posting.
This is not that way it works 100% of the time and it only happens when on a server. How is that "working as intended."
