Of course. The only resource pack I have is one I made myself, which does affect sounds, but not in a way that would cause issues. However, just to be conclusive, I unloaded my pack and tried again, and the bug was still there.

If it helps, I was in Creative mode each time I noticed/tested this bug.

I forgot to mention that you should be sprinting and jumping; but if you're doing that, it should be fairly easy to reproduce. Here's the crash report though.
