Wow! Amazing - I searched for 20 minutes and didn't find any of these duplicates. All 3 of the users mentioned in duplicate issue MCPE-57958 are all on 1.13.1 and the same Win 10 x64 platform.
Edit: Updated the issue description after conferring with my daughter for clarity.
