This did work. However you should change your instructions as they say to download the launcher after purchase

Why should I spend money when I can't play the demo to verify I want the game. You want me to purchase the game so that I can play it. Don't provide a demo that doesn't work.

This is NOT resolved. It is still crashing. I have attached crash report from today. Your update did not resolve my issue.

I am trying to play the demo and to download that says you should have purchased it first. I don't want to purchase Minecraft until I am sure it will work on this computer
