My graphics card is fully maxed out, this isnt a low end laptop, this is an Alienware. Black screens don't always mean that the graphics card is outdated
I found the solution. Step 1: Settings Step 2: System Step 3: Sound Step 4: Sound Control Panel Step 5: Click on your headphones and set them to default and that should work.
